Born and raised in Sydney, New South Wales, he grew up being introduced to the world of classical music as a violinist at the age of 5. His curiosity grew from the great the classical giants in Vivaldi, Paganini, Chopin and Bach to the funk and jazz worlds of Boney M, Earth Wind & Fire, Keith Jarrett and Bill Evans.
Both during and after playing the violin for over 10 years, he grew fond of the vast landscape of musical genres and instruments that existed and found himself playing the guitar, piano and singing to a wide variety of audiences. As a growing multi-instrumentalist, his love for music history, composition and songwriting ignited a passion for writing and performing – a journey that has only just begun.
